Arrest following assault at Kitchener apartment

One man has been arrested and police are looking for at least one more suspect following a weekend assault at a Kitchener apartment.

A 41 year old Kitchener man is in hospital with serious injuries.

The assault happened early Saturday at 48 Weber Street North. Police say the victim was visiting the building at the time.

The Record reports a 51 year old man was arrested in the area.

It’s believed multiple suspects were involved in the assault.
