What’s open/closed on New Years Day

Some people may be ducking out of work early this afternoon to get all their errands done.
The LCBO, Beer Stores, banks and the post office will be closed tomorrow.

Most grocery stores will be closed as will the big malls: Fairview Park, Conestoga and Cambridge Centre.

If you are planning to take the bus to one of the local New Year’s Eve celebrations tonight, Grand River Transit is offering extended service on some of its routes and free rides on routes in service beginning at 6 p.m.
