Allstate Canada has released their fifth annual Safe Driving Study.
The city of Kitchener was placed fifth out of fifty communities for increased collisions in Canada.
Manager of External Affairs at Allstate Canada – Nicole Watts says while the trend is up in Kitchener by 8.66 %, the number of collisions have declined across the country. The purpose of the study is to generate discussion around safe driving habits, especially since snow has already hit the ground.
Watts adds no matter what speed you are driving, there is always a risk when you are not paying attention.
