Second arrest in fatal hit and run in Waterloo

A second arrest has been made in connection with a fatal hit and run in Waterloo last month.
Waterloo Regional Police say a Brampton man is facing two counts of being an accessory after the fact.
The charges stem from an October 20th collision at the corner of Hazel and Austin that killed Jordan Gillis of Waterloo.
Earlier this month, police arrested another Brampton man – Tanvir Singh Padda – and charged him with criminal negligence causing death and failing to remain.
