The Keg is Tapped in Kitchener!

There were plenty of suspenders, feathered hats, and German spirit at the Oktoberfest opening ceremonies in Kitchener Friday afternoon.
Premier Kathleen Wynne was front and center for the keg tapping.
She commented on the hard work of the volunteers at the event saying this “is about a celebration of community and family and friends together. It’s about showcasing what makes Kitchener-Waterloo such a fantastic Region.”
