PM won’t take “No” for answer when it comes to Keystone pipeline

Prime Minister Harper is saying the proposed Keystone X-L pipeline project has to be approved in the U-S, because it would make no sense to block it.
He says completing the Alberta-to-Texas pipeline would be in the best interests of both Canada and the U-S.
Harper also told a business audience in New York his government won’t take no for an answer and will keep pushing until the project gets a green light.
