4:42pm- Jo-Anne Landolt, resident, RE: Kimmy’s Law. Her niece was brutally murdered by two of her peers in Victoria B.C. The family is now trying to pressure the Federal and Provincial governments to change the Young Offender Act. They also have a petition for the matter.
