3:30- Highway 401 was closed again today for a number of hours, why does this keep happening on a seemingly weekly basis during the winter? Does it really take hours on end to investigate if there are no fatalities? If it happens during morning and afternoon rush hours shouldn’t the concern be to open the highway again as fast as possible?
