Leivo signs with Leafs

Kitchener Rangers forward Josh Leivo has signed a three-year entry level deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The 19-year-old was Toronto’s 3rd choice, 86th overall, in the 2011 NHL draft.

Leivo was spotted sitting with Leafs General Manager Dave Nonis at Monday night’s game versus the New Jersey Devils.

He has 22 points (7g, 15a) in 23 games for Kitchener since being acquired from Sudbury in a trade in January.
