NDP leader Andrea Horwath is suggesting car insurance premiums be reduced by 15%.

Horwath said the government should direct the Financial Services Commission of Ontario to bring down the average auto insurance for Ontario’s 9.3 million licensed drivers by 15 per cent by the end of 2013.
