3:00pm Smoking
A GRT passenger was threatened with a smoking fine for smoking while waiting outside for a Grand River Transit bus at the Charles Street terminal (which is now Smoke free) then saw a GRT employee smoking outside a bus at a different stop (while passengers were waiting out in the cold). If the GRT is going non-smoking, should drivers be allowed to take smoke breaks?
