West Nile found in Kitchener

A mosquito pool in Kitchener has tested positive for West Nile.
Region of Waterloo Public Health officials say that while the positive pool was in Kitchener, those in the rest of the region should be still taking precautions against the virus.
Some of those precautions include wearing insect repellant with DEET, wearing light coloured clothing and to minimize your time outdoors at dusk and dawn.
