Kitchener Centre MP Stephen Woodworth’s motion gets debated in the House of Commons today. It asks to form a committee to study when a developing fetus is considered a human being, and essentially re-opens the abortion debate. Planned Parenthood Waterloo Region’s Co-President, Shannon Dea speaks with 570’s Mike McCulloch about her agency’s point of view.
