Baseball video game marathon

24 straight hours of baseball video games in support of the Jays Care Foundation.

That’s what the creators of Back In Blue plan on doing starting at 6pm Saturday.

It’s a website dedicated to the Toronto Blue Jays, created by fans.

The funds raised will go to the foundation which helps empower children and youth in need.

“We’re going to be playing baseball video games pretty much from the last three decades…we have seven different consoles.” said Back In Blue co-creator Nick Hansen.

“We’re all life long Blue Jay fans…I think growing up in my generation…when they won back World Series titles, really locked a lot of people in.”
