Tentative deal reached between Lear and CAW

A tentative agreement has been reached between Kitchener auto parts maker Lear and the Canadian Auto Workers Union.
The agreement affects about 300 workers.
CTV says the deal will also go a long way toward keeping the plant open.
The deal reportedly allows some people to take retirement packages so those with less seniority would be able to keep their jobs.
It also includes the possibility of a four day work week.
The CAW is recommending workers accept the agreement.
