A warning from police

Regional Police are urging people to be aware of their surroundings, especially when walking at night.
The warning comes after a female student contacted police after an incident on the Laurier campus last night.
Police say she was walking around 7:30 when she was followed by two males.
Police say the pair eventually turned away and did not approach her, but say this is a good reminder to be careful when out alone.
