Tricky Morning Drive

It’s looking a lot more like winter this morning, thanks to a dumping of snow yesterday and early this morning.

We didn’t get the flash freeze that Environment Canada had expected because there was no rapid drop in temperatures.

Still, the roads are slick and snow covered this morning and blowing snow could be a problem with a cold north wind.

570 News weather specialist John Wilson says the snow should taper off to flurries before ending today.

Above normal temperatures are expected to return by mid-week
