Police seeking Guelph Man

Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 25 year old Guelph man.

James Joseph CLARKE failed to return to the mental health care facility in St. Thomas after being released on a day pass, November 29th.

He is described as a white male, 5’8″ with a heavy build weighing 290 lbs. He has brown eyes, short brown hair and was wearing a black coat with a hood, grey sweat shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. He has a large Celtic cross tattoo on left forearm, and a mermaid tattoo on his back.

This individual is considered potentially dangerous. Anyone who observes him should not approach or make contact with him but contact police immediately by calling 9-1-1.
