Waterloo assault

Two 19-year-old males were assaulted while walking on University Avenue early this morning.
Three men jumped out of the vehicles and assaulted the victims and demanded money.
One of the victims was able to call 9-1-1.
Both victims suffered minor injuries.
The suspects are described as being in their early 20’s, all were wearing masks or bandannas.
They were driving a newer model Ford Mustang that was either gray or beige as well as a yellow pick-up truck, possibly a Ford Ranger.
Anyone with information on the assault is asked to contact Crime Stoppers or Police.
