Abduction charges laid

A 25-year-old woman and two men are charged with abduction after a weekend incident in Kitchener.

Regional Police say the three went to the home of the woman’s estranged husband late Saturday afternoon and allegedly took their child.

Police say they left the scene in a car but were stopped on Highway 8 and arrested.

Police say the 4-year-old boy was not hurt and was returned to his father.
