Waterloo Regional Police are asking for the public’s help after a woman reported a ‘peeping Tom…’
Police say a female was in her bedroom watching TV at her ground level unit student residence in the area of Hazel and Hickory at around 2am on June the 9th.
She had her light on and the blinds partially closed… Police say she looked over her shoulder and saw a man looking in the window.
She says he then ran away when she spotted him… he’s described as a white man with light hair and was wearing tennis shoes at the time.
