Great Strides for CF

Step by step, people all across Canada will be lacing up their running shoes to participate in the 7th annual Great Strides event.
It’s all aimed at finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Locally, there’s a run today at Waterloo Park from 8:30 until 1:30 this afternoon.
Karen McCulloch, Great Strides committee chair says the day will be full of fun events for everyone including a barbecue and activities for the kids.
This year, Great Strides is hoping to raise $2.95-million which will all go right towards research to help find a cure for C-F.
