Investigation into 401 hit continues

Cambridge OPP are waiting for a woman’s condition to improve, before they can continue with their investigation.
Ken Upton says foul play is not suspected, after an unidentified woman got out of her vehicle on the 401 and was hit by a vehicle.
Upton says she has been taken to Hamilton to undergo surgeries for her injuries.
The incident happened Thursday afternoon. The Westbound 401 was closed between Highway 8 and Homer Watson for about four hours as the Highway Safety Division Crime Unit investigated.
