University of Waterloo open house

The University of Waterloo had a picture-perfect day for it’s March break open house.
High school students, their parents, and friends converged on the campus earlier this afternoon. They were given tours of the campus and it’s residences, as well as information pamphlets.
About 7-thousand people turned out for the open house.
570 News spoke with a number of perspective students and their parents. People said they were impressed by the size and how modern the campus was.
Others said the students giving the tours and showing them around campus were very helpful and friendly.
