Ready for spring?

Very warm weather is headed to the region today and it will likely stick around for a few days according to 570 News Weather Specialist John Wilson.
Wilson is calling for sunshine through high cloud for today and while he expects the clouds to thicken during the day and showers to arrive later this evening, his guaranteed high for the day is a balmy plus-8 degrees.
For tonight he’s calling for showers and a low of plus 2 overnight. For Wednesday we can expect clouds and showers but another very warm daytime high of plus-9 degrees.
On Thursday look for early sunny periods followed by cloudy skies and showers but a high of 12 degrees.
Then as we get closer to the weekend, Friday looks to maintain the warmth with another daytime high in the 12 degree range.
The dream conditions look to end on Saturday however as Wilson is calling for showers perhaps to be mixed with wet flurries and a temperature slipping from plus 4.
