Quit and Get Fit

A new campaign from the Ontario Lung Association aims to help young people butt out.

The Quit & Get Fit Challenge includes a spoof video on YouTube, Facebook challenges, and a new iPhone app in an attempt to appeal to the younger demographic.

The app has a hockey and golf game. Players blow into the phone and move the puck or ball into the net or hole. This is designed to keep idle hands busy and to test lung capacity.

Participants will also be set up with a Goodlife personal trainer to help smokers replace cigarettes with exercise.
