Apple Store coming to Waterloo

Waterloo has long been known as the home of the BlackBerry but now it looks like Apple is moving in.
Conestoga Mall is reportedly prepping for the new Apple Store. Its signature black walls were a giveaway to many and now job postings can be found on several websites including Apple itself
Benjamin Bach is with K-W Commercial Real Estate and has written a blog about the store. He says construction crews told him that the store will cost about $1 million and have a glass exterior. Bach says it will be the only official Apple Store in the Region.
Bach says he hasn’t received any confirmation but has heard the store could open in October.
