Arson suspected in SUV fire

Woodstock police and fire officials are continuing to investigate a case of suspected arson involving an SUV.

The SUV was found ablaze Saturday night near Dundas and Wilson Streets.

According to investigators, the Lincoln Aviator was stolen from a VIA Rail train station earlier in the evening.

The suspects allegedly drove the to the dump spot and set it on fire.

Police say the suspects may have fled north in a white station wagon.

The damage is estimated to be around $16,000.
