New chancellor for St. Jerome’s

St. Jerome’s University in Waterloo has named a new chancellor.
James Beingessner will assume the post July 1st, replacing the outgoing Peter Naus.
Beingessner extensive background includes being a founding chair of the Waterloo Region Catholic Community Foundation, the Waterloo Wellington Community Development Foundation, and Canada’s Technology Triangle.
He also received Canada’s 125th Anniversary Commemorative Medal and the Queen Elizabeth Golden Jubilee Medal.
