More snow today

Some unfavourable weather is making it’s way through the region this morning.
The snow has already started with some heavier accumulations expected later on.
570’s Weather Specialist John Wilson says that this system is moving slowly, will take 7-8 hours to pass through the area and bring 7-10 centimetres.
If you’re traveling the roads, be sure to keep some extra windshield washer fluid on hand and make sure you have an ice scrapper and any other emergency items that you may need.
Police do remind you that when the driving conditions deteriorate, be sure to leave lots of extra space between other vehicles on the roads.
