Recount in one week

A court ordered recount for Kitchener’s Ward 9 will take place next Thursday at city hall.
Debbie Chapman lost the October 25th election by one vote to Frank Etherington.
Only the 40 ballots where the voters intentions were not clear will be counted.
The city clerk will have the final say.
Chapman, Etherington, their representatives and city staff will
be the only ones allowed into the recount.
The recount will start at 2-pm.
