Claim of a botched October 25th vote

A pair of Cambridge residents are claiming a botched Municipal Election two months ago.
The Record say Debbie Vitez and defeated council candidate Thomas Vann have applied to the courts to review the validity of the vote.
It says the application is directed at city clerk Alex Mitchell.
An official with the city told the Record it plans to vigorously defend itself against the application.
The claim says among other things that the election was tainted because of malfunctioning ballot counting machines and thousands of people not on the voters list.
But none of the allegations have been proven.
