RIM suing Kik

Research In Motion is suing another Waterloo company, Kik Interactive, makers of Kik Messenger.

RIM is claiming patent infringement.

RIM pulled Kik Messenger from BlackBerry App World just last week.

Kik calls the court action unjustified and disappointing and vows to
vigorously defend the lawsuit brought on by RIM.
