Fire destroys trailer

A camper trailer was destroyed by a fire in Kitchener this afternoon.
It happened around 1 o’clock on Islington Avenue.
The owner tried to put the fire out by was unsuccessful.
He is being treated at hospital for minor burns and smoke inhalation.
Firefighters had the fire under control within minutes of arriving on scene.
Damage is pegged at almost five thousand dollars.
Fire officials tell 570 News the fire is not considered suspicious and the cause has not been determined yet.
