Cambridge dad facing new charges

The man charged in connection with the death of his infant daughter in Cambridge is facing new charges.

19 year old Sean Summers has now been charged with second-degree murder and two additional assault charges.

Summers made a brief court appearance this morning and will make another appearance on July 30th via video link.

A court order covering the publication of evidence and other information was imposed this week regarding the aggravated assault charge.

Four month old Kayleigh Ingram-Summers died earlier this week.

She was rushed to hospital with serious injuries last Friday.
