Police issue appeal after toddler approached

Regional police are looking for a man who approached a two year old girl at a Kitchener mall.

They say the man offered the toddler money to come with him while she was at Highland Hills Mall with her mother yesterday. The suspect left when the girl’s mother intervened.

The incident was reported to store security and the suspect was last seen leaving the Highland Road mall on foot.
