One failed blood test from U-W doping tests

The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport says one of the blood tests done on the University of Waterloo football team returned an adverse analytical finding.
The CCES news conference was carried live on 570 News this afternoon.
No other information about the test is being released at this time.
20 blood tests were conducted back on March 31st.
The failed test is related to one of the nine previously reported anti-doping rule violation cases.
The CCES says four of those cases have now been cleared.
Two players also received sanctions.
Third year linebacker, Matt Peto admitted to steroid use before the test was carried out on March 31st.
He has accepted a one year sanction and waived his right to a hearing.
Rookie linebacker, Eric Polini admitted to the use of a steroid at the time of the testing.
Polini has accepted a two year sanction and waived his right to a hearing.
Last month, the university decided to suspend the football program for the season over the steroids scandal.
Two former players are facing criminal charges.
