Three arrested following several targeted armed robberies

On February 27, 2020, the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Robbery Unit completed an investigation into several targeted armed robberies in Waterloo Region.
The investigation led to the arrest of three males.
A 26-year-old New Hamburg male has been charged with Robbery with a Firearm and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
Two Waterloo males, aged 25 and 22 years old, were arrested for their involvement in these robberies and held for a bail hearing.
The 25-year-old male was charged with Robbery with a Firearm and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
The 22-year-old male was charged with several criminal offences including, Robbery with a Firearm, Robbery, Pointing a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
Search warrants were executed at two Waterloo addresses where clothing from the robberies was seized as well as a firearm.
