Rohingya refugees arrive in WR this week, donations needed

A local group says donations are urgently needed to help nearly a dozen refugee families settle in KW.
Most of the Rohingya families are arriving this week – and include children between the ages of 7 months, and 7 years old.
Items sorely needed include household appliances, furniture, food, blankets, clothing, and diapers.
If you want to help – donations will be collected at the Kitchener Masjid on Victoria Street from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
