Morrice ready for Parliament

Local MPs are back in Ottawa with parliament set to resume.
Green MP Mike Morrice, who represents Kitchener Centre, will be one of two Green Party MPs looking to have their say in parliament.
One petition Morrice has sponsored already is Disability without Poverty.
“It would act like a Universal Basic Income for people with disabilities across the country. The current government has promised they would implement a Canada Disability Benefit, but they haven't done it yet. Petitions are just one way we can have our voices heard.”
Morrice also attended COP 26, the annual UN climate talks.
He's looking to have the federal government follow the science on climate and is wondering why we're not doing that already.
