Lotto Max ticket worth $1M sold in Kitchener

While the $70 million jackpot is still up for grabs, residents in Waterloo Region who bought a ticket for the Tuesday, October 18 Lotto Max draw will still want to go over their numbers.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says one Maxmillions prize winning ticket, worth $1 million, was sold in Kitchener.

Three other $1 million prizes were won in Ontario. The other tickets were purchased in Scarborough, Lanark County, and Ottawa.

As well, a $500,000 Maxmillions ticket was sold in Etobicoke (shared with a ticket sold in Western Canada).

Winning numbers are posted on the OLG website.

Friday's Lotto Max draw will offer over $130 million in top prizing — the $70 million jackpot, plus 63 Maxmillions prizes each worth $1 million.
