$250K Kitchener lottery winner plans to pay some bills, share with her children

Markella Georgiou is celebrating her first big lottery win.
A fan of the instant games, the Kitchener resident recently won $250,000 on Instant Bingo Multiplier.
Picking up her cheque at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto, she shared she was so shocked when she realized she won big that she started to cry. “I wasn't sure if it was real,” she said. “I went home and told my children.”
She's planning to share her winnings with her children, as well as pay some bills.
“It is an unbelievable and emotional experience,” Georgiou added.
The winning ticket was purchased at Little “Z” Markets on Ottawa Street in Kitchener.
