The Grand River Film Festival kicks off this evening.

A screening of a Genie nominated film, 3 Saisons will get things started at the opening gala.

GRFF Chair, David Marskell says the final film will be screened on Saturday night.

“The Secret in Their Eyes” from Argentina won the Oscar this year for Best Foreign Film.

Marskell tells 570 News if you are interested in the closing gala, tickets for that event are selling fast.

Prices range from $5 to $50.
