Officers arrived and watched several men loading stolen items into a vehicle.
They moved in and arrested four men on site. A fifth man ran off but was arrested after a brief foot chase.
Two 40-year-olds, a 28-year-old and a 36-year-old all from Toronto and a 26-year-old from Richmond Hill, were jointly charged with theft over $5,000.
The 26-year-old was also charged with wearing a disguise with intent.
