Trump pauses some tariffs on Canada until April 2

Four days after saying Canada cannot avoid tariffs, Donald Trump has signed further tariff pauses. Goods in compliance with CUSMA will stay tariff-free until April 2. Energy and potash still face a 10 per cent tariff.
