Police respond to single vehicle collision in Cambridge

Regional Police were on scene on Friday morning for a serious single vehicle collision in Cambridge.

It happened on Kerwood Drive between Ellis Road and Bluewater Drive.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to local hospital by paramedics after the car hit a tree and flipped over.

Honey Gandhi lives in the area and told CityNews 570 what he witnessed.

“We heard a loud noise, and we ran out and saw the car [flipped over],” he said. “We haven’t seen it happen, but it was just right there. There was a driver in the car, and she was stuck and we tried to help her out, and got her out.”
