Two arrested, drugs seized after Kitchener traffic stop

Regional police have charged two individuals from Cambridge with drug related charges following a Thursday evening traffic stop in Kitchener.
According to police, that stop was conducted shortly before 9:00 p.m. in the area of King Street East and Morgan Avenue.
Through their investigation, both the driver and passenger were found to be in possession of drugs
A 48-year-old man and 27-year-old woman, both from Cambridge, have since been charged with several offences including possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Police also seized suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine as well as crack cocaine.
