Gun used in Waterloo robbery

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a robbery in Waterloo where a gun was used.
Police got a call Sunday evening about a man being robbed of his vehicle on Holbeach Crescent.
They say the victim was approached by two men, who displayed a handgun and stole personal belongings along with his vehicle.
Officers were able to find the vehicle and arrest one of the suspects.
He is facing numerous charges including including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, robbery with a firearm and impaired operation of a motor vehicle.

There will be an increased police presence in the areas of Holbeach Crescent and King Street North today as officers conduct an evidence search.
