Suspect arrested in convenience store robbery

Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a man in connection with a convenience store robbery in Kitchener earlier this month.

The arrest was made Wednesday.

A 28-year-old man is charged with robbery and weapons dangerous.

Police are still looking for a woman in connection with the May 21 robbery, which happened at a store on Ontario Street South.

She is described as white, 5 ’7″, with a thin build, short blonde hair, wearing a baby blue t-shirt, black pants, carrying a skateboard.
