The LCBO is expanding store operating hours year-round at select locations.
They said the move is being made to better serve customers and offer increased shopping convenience.
Select LCBO locations will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Here are the stores in Waterloo Region that will have extended hours:
- 324 Highland Road West in Kitchener
- 1005 Ottawa Street North in Kitchener
- 115 King Street South in Waterloo
The LCBO said the expanded store hours are already in place for the busy holiday season in December. The expanded hours become permanent on January 4.
The same 50 locations with the new hours will also be open on Boxing Day from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
